Constance Finney

Constance Finney is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Sandra A. Rotman Laboratories, McLaughlin Rotman Centre for Global Health within the Translational Research Pillar.

HIV and malaria are two of the most important public health problems in the world. We know that having both infections leads to worse disease outcomes, but we don't yet know why. Constance’s research focuses on understanding how the immune responses necessary to fight off malaria are altered in HIV patients and if these responses can be restored with HIV treatment.
